This project is a "port" of Paul Gorodyansky’s Russian phonetic keyboard to the German standard PC keyboard layout. The source file that you are free to modify according to your needs was created using Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator. If you like the layout depicted below you can install it on your computer from the following zip archive (extract it into a local directory and double click on the MSI file).

To work with this keyboard, add a keyboard with Language: Russian, Layout "German (Russian Phonetic)".
